At Glitch Productions, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and digital items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
